Media Release Agreement

This Content Release Agreement, dated 21 June 2025, is made and entered into by and between WellOne (“the Company”) and the undersigned Participant who agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of Rights The Participant grants WellOne the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display any photographs, videos, and other media content featuring the Participant, captured during any WellOne sessions, programs, webinars, interviews, or related events, for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

2. Purpose of Use The Participant acknowledges that WellOne may use their media content for a variety of promotional activities, including but not limited to:Social media postsWebsite content Advertisements and marketing materials Event promotions Online and offline publications The Participant agrees that any videos or media content, including testimonial videos and personal experience recordings, will be used solely for WellOne’s training, learning, and promotional objectives. The Company assures the Participant that their content will not be misused or taken out of context, and will remain aligned with WellOne’s values and mission of holistic wellness.

3. No Compensation The Participant understands and agrees that they will not receive any monetary compensation, royalty, or payment for the use of their media content by WellOne.

4. Ownership and RightsWellOne retains full rights to edit, modify, enhance, or adapt the media content as deemed appropriate. The Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the final versions of the content.

5. Term and Termination This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely. However, the Participant may request the removal of specific content by submitting a written request. WellOne will review and consider such requests at its discretion.

6. Release and Waiver The Participant releases WellOne and its representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of their media content, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

7. Acknowledgment By signing below, the Participant confirms that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by them.
